Since March 20 till October 27, 2007 the Centre of project control of "Karbon" Company together with Ukrainian Project Management Association (UPMA) have carried out a specialized training of the leading experts of the "Karbon" Company. The members to whom the project management might help to increase the efficiency of the "Karbon" Company, as well as communicate within the Company with a common language – language of project management were invited to the training.

The trainings were conducted by Doctor of Engineering Science, Professor, professional project manager of the highest category (IPMA Level А) – Yuriy Teslya. In the process of training the members of "Karbon" Company had an opportunity to learn to work and communicate with each other in informal atmosphere through collective discussion and decision of practical tasks. The programme was organized in such a way that individual approach to decision of such or other tasks had to be rejected. The decision had to be found together with the team and it had to be complex.

In the process of training the members of the Company have successfully mastered one of the best software products on project management – "Primavera" and "MS Project". 
After the training all members of "Karbon" Company participating in the training received the corresponding certificates and diplomas meeting the requirements of European and World market.

The professional training of employees has long ago become an integral part of "Karbon" Company, and the barest necessity for successful conducting of business in the high competitive conditions. "Karbon" is first of all an innovative company that carries out elaborations of new products in different market segments to remain at a proper level in complicated market conditions.
