24.03.2008 System of light protection of masts

The experts of electrical mounting department of "Karbon" have developed and applied in industry a LPM system.

LPM – is a system of light protection of masts for night light marking of high-rise and extended objects (communication towers, antenna masts, chimney flues, power transmission towers, etc.), which may worsen safety conditions of moving objects (aircrafts, helicopters, delta plane, etc.). LPM consists of the independent system of uninterrupted power supply and protection lights of masts (of any high-rise objects). In its turn, the uninterrupted power supply system is made in a metallic protected housing and has optimum ratio of overall dimensions. Lamp of obstruction lights of masts consists of impact-resistant light filter comprising optical plastic with an ultraviolet stabilizer that protects the lamp from burning-off. Market weight of our system is that, first of all, a ready-made complex product certified in Ukraine is offered for the market. Second, the system conforms fully to new requirements of UkrAviaRukh (“Ukraine's Air Traffic”) and service providers.
