"Karbon" Company is in the market of construction services since 2002. During this period of time the Company realized projects in all segments of real-estate market in Ukraine: dwelling, office centres, storage complexes, trade centres. Today the Company performs the whole range of construction services in the shortest possible terms and with the highest possible quality: starting from elaboration and drafting of design estimates – and to the commission of the object to the Customer with the subsequent warranty service and post-warranty service.

List of services:

• Selection and drawing up of rights for constructible surfaces, placement of investment contracts, preparation of land.
• Developing of design and architectural plans, estimate documents.
• Management and coordination of the design process, coordination and construction during all stages of the project.
• Realization of capital construction turnkey projects:
• building of cast-in-place and pre-cast reinforced concrete constructions;
• steel erection with the use of bolted and welded connections.
• Reconstruction and overhaul of the turnkey objects.
• Reconstruction and modernization of engineering systems and communications, including low-power devices, ventilation systems, and air-conditioning.
• Warranty and post-warranty servicing of construction objects.

Established construction, using of own manufacturing and technological resources allow the Company successfully decide the whole range of problems concerning the capital construction of Customer's new objects and modernization of the existing ones. The Company's assets dispose of all necessary equipment for building and assembly jobs and commissioning. A multidisciplinary group of subdivisions with centralized, effectively structured and professional management is occupied with development and realization of projects. The regular staff of the company consists of more than 1.5 thousand of fully qualified professionals.

For the time the Company is involved in capital construction it has realized more than ten large-scale turnkey projects. Among them construction of a large trade and entertainment complex "Magi-Centre" in Vinnytsya. Due to the use of up-to-date equipment and solutions this project is considered to be one of the unique and most successful ones. The project combines the universal principles of laying out of the space of the centre into trading, entertainment, and office accommodations and communications. At that such points as zoning of trade outlets and positioning of the goods. During realization of the project the full complex of installation work of all internal engineering systems and communications of the trade and entertainment complex was accomplished: heating, illumination, ventilation, water-supply, and sewerage, and systems of fire-burglar alarm. The technical solutions adopted in the designing process of the trade-centre have provided effective functioning of the commercial, catering, service, and entertainment enterprises, and meet the requirements of hygiene and sanitary and fire-prevention norms acting on the territory of Ukraine. This provides safe exploitation of the object. This is a real modern complex that became an embodiment of the ideas of our experts. The idea was to introduce fresh solutions into the development of the domestic construction market, and promote the formation of new tendencies in architecture and construction.
