In 2004 "Karbon" Company has launched a new modern metal working line and thus opened another direction of its activity – plating of metalware. In the basis of this new technology is a unique by its life time electrochemical method of application of metallic and chemical coatings on electrically conductive material. Today's most popular method of cold zinc plating is the most progressive and intensively developing direction in the sphere of protecting metals from the influence of environmental factors. With the application of this method the metal obtains a protective coating on the basis of zinc providing long-lasting protection from corrosion and mechanical damage. Zinc coating is proof against negative influence of organic materials (in their widest range), may be used in contact with building composites, mortars and most of fluids. The coordination of the quantity of metal processing stages depends on the sphere of application of the wares as well as on the coating qualifying standards. Being guided by the up-to-dateness of the technologies and individual demands of the Customer "Karbon" Company realizes wide possibilities of efficient imported «WIGAL» equipment. Three state-of-the-art bath-type technological lines are equipped with all necessary facilities, and allow high-quality coating of any metalware above 85 micrometers, which corresponds to the adopted European standards.
